How do I order?
You can order them on our website! Choose from our predesigned packages and browse through the add ons to order a package perfect for your PNM.
I've ordered a package, now what?
No need to worry, we'll take it from here! For the University of Alabama, we will get the bid list and will craft your PNM's package with her new letters based on what package and add ons you selected.
How will my PNM get her package?
We will deliver them directly to her new sorority house where she will be able to collect it.

A few things you should know!
Quantities (on some items in our packages) are limited! — So get it while it’s hot!
Each package is buildable. You can get the most basic and build onto it from there! But if you want more, check the next price tier! You might get a discount for being so EXTRA! We love EXTRA, so we reward it with FAB discounts!
The more you buy, the more you save!
HOW DOES THIS WORK?
It’s real easy. Choose what you like! We do the rest!
We will receive your order and start fulfilling it with unimprinted apparel, bags and stationery. We will reserve inventory for your favorite gal and once we receive the master Bid List from Panhellenic on BID DAY, we will match her sorority with the Bid Day package you ordered for her. So everything will have the appropriate item with her new letters!
AND MOM, SHE WANTS EVERYONE TO KNOW SHE’S GOT A NEW GROUP OF BESTIES! She’s gonna want to retire that old high school prom tee for some new member merch!
HOW DO YOU KNOW WHAT SORORITY SHE WILL PLEDGE?
If you’re at UA: We receive the master Bid List from Panhellenic on BID DAY, we will match her sorority with the Bid Day package you ordered for her. So everything will have the appropriate item with her new letters!
Not from these parts? We will notify you and you can let us know what she pledges, when she pledges and we will print her gifts and ship them. We will ship them either to the sorority house or to a campus or home address.
HOW WILL YOU DELIVER?
If you’re at UA: We will receive a delivery schedule from Panhellenic on Bid Day. We will deliver her Bid Day basket to her new home away from home on the same day we deliver all the others!
Not from these parts? We will notify you and you can let us know what she pledges, when she pledges and we will print her gifts and ship them. We will ship them either to the sorority house or to a campus or home address.
What if you run out?
We are flattered that you’re so confident we would sell so much that we would run out! But really…all the items in our basket are custom manufactured by us, for us and for Bid Day. We can only control what we can control. The rest is up to the universe. If we DO run out, we will contact you. You can let us know if you want to wait for items to be stocked, or if you want us to fulfill the package with her next favorite color.
Return Policy
We are making these custom FOR YOUR ORDER. We don’t think you’re gonna want to return it. But if you do, we will work with you. If your gift recipient decides to no follow through with the rush process, her package will default to the ROLL TIDE package. We will reach out to you about delivery options for her.
